About Us

Challenger Baseball is the division of Little League Baseball for athletes of all ages that have physical or mental disabilities. These amazing athletes play baseball with the help of buddies who ensure their safety and provide enthusiastic encouragement every step or roll of the way. Athletes can participate in our program from the age of 4 and up. We have senior teams for older athletes to play on as well. We have been helping children with special needs learn to play baseball one smile at a time for over 14 years now!

Registration

There are no fees for the Challenger Division due to the generosity of the sponsors who support us each year.

Challenger Buddies:

Our program is incredibly strong due to the faithful buddies who come out every Saturday to help support, encourage, and teach our athletes about the game of baseball. No experience is necessary, just a big smile and a baseball glove! Buddies can receive volunteer hours for each game that can be used towards AVID requirements, Bright Futures, or NJHS hours.
